Although we had planned to have a meeting every single First Monday of the month, we are observing Labor Day today and as such, tonight’s meeting is canceled.

However, after long consideration, and new schedule developments, I am considering shelving the remainder of our scheduled meetings (through December of 2008). No meetings had been planned for 2009.

I am a student at Rider University, and have classes on Monday and Tuesday nights, and as a result, will have a conflict for the remainder of our planned meetings. If anyone should want to take over the leader responsibilities, I will be happy to extend my help in them doing so.

I will make calls to the core group of people that has attended our meetings in the past to request comment and suggestions, but unless there is great opposition, the Hillwood Manor Community Group will not meet regularly any more, and may meet from time to time in the future under new leadership.

It has been a pleasure to serve as a leader for this group, and I am proud to have been a part. Thanks for your participation.
